Labour Force Development
As part of its expanded mandate, Enterprise South East is placing more emphasis on developing its region's labour force and helping its employers address labour challenges. We are dedicated to:
- Identifying our employers' HR needs and helping to develop solutions to address those needs
- Identifying and developing initiatives that will make the South East region's labour force stronger
- Identifying labour shortages and challenges within priority sectors and working with the appropriate partners to help resolve these challenges
- Development of customized workforce strategies and Human Resource plans
- Coordinating a regional labour force development committee to address labour force development needs, including industry HR needs
