Young Entrepreneurs
We've designed this section to include specific information for young adults aged 15-35 who are examining the possibilities of entrepreneurship as a career or summer-job option, or who are currently new or existing entrepreneurs.
This initiative was created by ACOA in an effort to offer more entrepreneurial training, information and support services for Atlantic Canadians aged between 15 and 35.
The entrepreneurial component of the youth initiative focuses on the development of an entrepreneurial culture among youth and on helping them better integrate the world of business and entrepreneurship. It is also possible to promote programs aiming youth activities.
We've divided this section into three areas:
Resources
This section includes information on organizations whose mandate focuses on promoting or supporting youth entrepreneurship development, as well as different tools and publications relating to young entrepreneurs, and links to web sites that may be of interest to you.
Financial Programs
This section includes information on government programs specifically designed for young entrepreneurs.
