Junior Achievement of Greater Moncton
Junior Achievement of Greater Moncton (JA) is a not-for-profit organization dedicated to educating and inspiring young people about business and economics. The JA experience exposes youth from grades 5 to 12 to opportunities and programs that will allow them to develop leadership, entrepreneurial and workforce readiness skills. JA's territory covers Albert, Kent, and Westmorland Counties.
Five programs are currently being offered by JA of Greater Moncton:
- Business Basics (grades 5 & 6 classes)
- Economics of Staying in School (grades 8 & 9 classes)
- The Company Program (after-school program for grades 9–12)
- The Business Game (for high school students)
- Student Venture (for high school students)
